Has anyone lowered their SHBG naturally?

I just got tested and I have an SHBG of 75. No shit I feel like absolute dogshit, my free t is very low thanks to this. I've heard that low carb might be one of the reasons why it's high.

Have any of you dealt with a similar problem? Did you resolve it?
