Serious question..
I think thats the only thing correct mewing might help, besides keep teeth straight.
I wore Braces few years ago and I refused to use retainers because I knew that Just keeping the tongue in correct position would do the work.
My ortodontist advised to wear that crap and I told her I would be Fine. I was correct and I even think my palete has widen a bit compared to what It was the day took the Braces off.
Problem is my mouth still have those disgusting Black holes. Small palate is shit. Wide palate for good smile is legit as fuck
