Three months ago there was poll and 76,2% of users here has had a modified Lefort 3.

In my case it was only a Lefort 2 with cheekbone replacement.

Can OBO act as a better mlf3 in some way? Can it also advance the orbitals forward or is just ipd change and assymetry correction possible?
