Has anyone quit watching porn?

I posted a thread about this a few minutes ago in offtopic but unfortunately no one responded.

What the thread implied was that entertaining your self by jerking off to pornography will only lead yourself searching for more hardcore sexual media.

I’m not saying jerking off is bad but porn is bad for the mind.

Any advice on how to quit watching porn?

It's truly a mind game. I just try my best to resist. Doing sports after school and keeping yourself busy through the day with bullshit helps a lot. If you beat your shit just don't watch porn. You'll still feel-good beating you shi without sacrificing IQ on porn. Don't feel bad about relapsing tho. I wish you luck at quitting <3 Also watching videos about how to stop gooning has helped me a lot cuz it kinda puts me in some typa mindset, even tho the vids get mad repetitive
