Has anyone tried banded sleeping?

For leg bones? Basically the microfractures/shin bone method. You do a strong leg workout (jumping squats etc) and then use ankle weights or elastic bands to stretch your legs for 30 minutes - 8 hours (overnight) so that they remodel longer

IM 6'2 barefoot i dont need to try these copious methods i just wear shoe lifts that make me a freak

never did

i was also doing a lot of pullups and deadhangs during that time i think spinal decompression played a role
Did you lose any of that height

but i didnt stop doing pullups and deadhangs i can do 40kg weighted pullups for reps , weighted pullups literally stretch tf out of your spine

You should’ve measured your leg height or at least the shinbones height before and after.
 
i dont think it works, most things i see online say that it gives a temp height boost
