I wouldn’t do it that way, I’ve seen people ascend lip width purely off accutane and dropping to low facial BF. For example Greyson on TikTok:

If you still have the failo after doing both of those things then you need a wider palate and / or more flared out incisors n canines.

If your front teeth (and the first premolar) flair outwards a healthy amount the lips will usually always be ideal width wise.
