Has anyone tried topical aminophylline for nose slimming?

Maybe a forskolin, yohimbine and aminophylline combination even
In theory it should work because they have all been proven to burn fat locally

The problem is that the majority of nose bulbosity (probably) comes from thick skin surrounding the nose, wondering if this would still work

Topical was the plan but i might have to inject if it doesnt work

Applying topically won’t work unless it thins the thick skin around the nose

The nose doesn’t store fat but you could try injecting it
