Has someone solved the narrow clavicles problem yet?

Been training for 5 years + on gear for 1 year. Feels like my clavicles haven’t changed at all — it still has that narrow look which is just affecting my overall frame.

Weekly delts volume: 11
Split by: Laterals (6), Rear (3), Front (2)

What’s the solution? Surgery?
