Life is kinda good

Imma buy a derma roller, latisse or minox for my eyelashes, aloe vera, some fashionmaxxed clothing

What else should I get? Does the Retin A from that Indian website actually work?

I might just save up or use all the left overs for dates and food

Wdym latisse darken eyes or something?

I have pitch black eyes, also derma stamp is too expensive fuark, I’d rather just get a 1.5 mm roller for 10 bucks which does almost the same shit

I heard it’s because the castle oil darkens the lashes and moisturizes, not due to any length increase

I’ll buy some cause still helps tbh

I’ve been waiting since I was 13 to buy all this shit, god knows my parents don’t have the money to entertain my autism

Does redlight actually work, I saw somewhere that it was a meme
ofc, it's essentially the same type of light that's emitted during dawn

it activates cytochrome oxidase, IIRC, and that's essential for the production of steroidal youth hormones (preg, DHEA, progesterone)

Idk. my lashes are a lot longer, but still light af so not visible that much, my eyelashes used to be short and light af but now really long. Need to dye them though, but castor oil definitely helps

Sunlight during dawn? Isn’t that in the afternoon, the worst type of sunlight for aging?

If any red light works can’t I just put the color red on my phone and shine it ?

Idk, I think no cause monitors/phones give off blue light intrinsically
Isn’t that in the afternoon, the worst type of sunlight for aging?
Nah, blue-light is at it's highest in the noon and afternoon but even then, the aging effects of the sun are over-exaggerated and are usually just a result of a diet rich in PUFA's

Can I split a 100 mg dhea capsule in half and only take 50 mg per day of it? I'm 35 and not over weight, but have anxiety. I started eating omega 3s from chia seeds and they seem to help. I'm also planning on taking 100 mg of pregnenolone every 3 days.

100mg/50mg of DHEA is far, far too much, it'll all aromatize into estrogen.

If you want to supplement DHEA - 5mg is the best dose since it won't aromatize.

Pregnenolone is a better choice though, it's the safest "hormone" you can take, the body converts it into the amount of progesterone and DHEA it needs. 30 - 100mg are the usual doses.

And chia seeds? Those are full of polyunsaturated fats, terrible for your metabolic rate/thyroid function. I suggest you stay away from those and unsaturated fatty acids in general, really.

You should make your own decisions and not blindly listen to me though. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask them or PM me.

Thank you bro, I will. I remember trying 5 mg or 10 mg of dhea in the past and not feeling different. It will be hard to split the capsule into 10ths, I think I can split them into 4ths though. I'm taking DIM and I3C to hopefully take out some of the aromatization. I will try to get my blood checked in a couple months to see if I mess up anything.

I'm almost vegan and it's the best source of omega 3 I know of that's plant based. I only take three table spoons in water a day.

When I searched I found a site that says polyunsaturated fats are bad for the thyroid, but when searched about chia seeds they said they're good for thyroid.

Western medicine and science, for the past...maybe 50 or so years, has been under the sway of the governing class.
They (mainstream medicine) like to view health from a small picture, mechanical view, in place of a view that incorporates the entire function of an organism, starting from a cellular level, and ending on a tissue level view.

Vegetable oils are cheap and easy to manufacture, but at the time of their conception, most people still used butter or lard, so companies paid scientists to find the "benefits of omega 3s and vegetable oils" - to put simply.

I don't like eating animal products as much as possible. I know eating them isn't necessary because I used to have the same anxiety or worse when I was eating meat and butter. In the past before those studies came out plenty of people were able to live long and healthy lives only on plant foods.

I can see why you'd feel better off meat, muscle meat (assuming that's what you're referring to) is essentially a "refined" food, it's high in tryptophan, iron, PUFA and basically lacks the other much needed parts found on an animal like the skin/collagen.

And anxiety for the most part is caused by high levels of stress hormones, mainly serotonin, adrenaline, cortisol, etc.

I take two tablespoons of marine collagen a day, because I don't know where to find a plant based one. I don't remember what part of the cow I used to eat, but when I only ate chicken with the skin I didn't feel the anxiety leave either.

They say dhea can stop anxiety, and I try to increase my serotonin every day by exercising and getting vitamin d from the sun or supplement. I think it must be adrenaline and cortisol making me have anxiety. Ssris haven't helped that I tried years ago, so I was thinking dhea and potasium chloride will be the right solution to cure it.

Best way is to fix your metabolic rate as a whole.

Are you getting enough protein? (80-100g) Are you eating soluble fiber? Insoluble fiber? How's your digestion - any discomfort? What does your daily diet look like? Amount of carbs? Polyunsaturated fat intake?

Don't force yourself to exercise, it'll only promote a stress response. The goal should be to lower serotonin though, especially in regards to lowering anxiety, since it's, after all, a hormone that's released during stress.

I'm 162 pounds and I get around 70-80 grams of protein a day from peanuts and beans and organic tofu and some vegetables. I haven't tracked how much fiber I'm getting in a long time, but I eat about 2400-2600 calories a day, from eating half a pound of peanuts daily, and a can of pineapple slices with no added sugar or frozen fruits, and the other stuff (tofu, beans, vegetables). The carbs I get are mostly from whole fruits, many times I eat a can of pineapple slices and a bag of frozen dark cherries each day. I think I used to have bad digestion in the past, but now when I eat I don't feel bad effects that noticeably any more.

Lol, I think I will be more stressed if I lose my gains. I get lazy to work out sometimes, but I don't feel like I force myself because once I get started it begins to be enjoyable a lot of the time. I usually only do calisthenics, like pull ups and push ups and dips and leg raises, then I get on a stationary bike for 10-20 minutes on a moderate resistance. I work out about 3 times a week.

Problem with those foods are is that they feed endotoxin producing gut bacteria, that in turn, release serotonin - exacerbating your anxiety.

Why exactly have you chosen a vegan diet? Health problems or other reasons? If the former, I urge you to reconsider your diet, because a highly plant based diet isn't too compatible with the most optimal health.

You should also consider adding milk, (great food) and some fruit juices. Carbs/sugar stops the stress response.

Dr McGregor made a video saying the nutrients in the plants cancel out the endotoxins. When I ate mostly meat and animal products I had the same anxiety, especially after smoking weed.

I'd say I'm doing this diet 50% for health and 50% for being ethical. I would eat animal products if I knew it's 100% needed like the marine collagen I supplement with. I feel like this diet is healthier than my meat based one because now I'm lower body fat and still can hit the same PRs as before being plant based. Sometimes I even exceed my previous PRs when I was animal product based.

I have hens so I eat their eggs because I know they're more ethical and healthier than supermarket eggs. A few months ago I used to take grass fed whey protein daily, and eat goat cheese and feta cheese, but after stopping them I haven't noticed an increase in anxiety or decrease in energy.

Based, I will start eating more fruits since lately I've been cutting down on carbs, but I don't know if low carb makes me have more anxiety than when I was higher carb. Juices have too much sugar for me and make me gain weight fast, but I eat a lot of whole fruits, because it's unprocessed and contains all its fiber and vitamins.

Try a diet mainly consisting of milk and fruit/fruit juices, keep the collagen intake and add organ meats like liver once a week and oysters for copper.

Try to limit the legumes and peanuts, and cook your vegetables thoroughly.

If it doesn't work for you, then atleast you'll know, you can make adjustments on from there.

I wouldn't do whey, especially in your case, it's exceptionally high in tryptophan. A few cups of milk and collagen/gelatin should supply sufficient amounts of protein.

That's crazy, I supplement with tryptophan, so I'll stop taking it. The only milk I'd drink is raw grass fed milk, it's kind of expensive but I'll give it a try to see if it helps for a couple weeks. I'm more against gelatin because it's made from mammal flesh, so I hope the raw milk and marine collagen will be good enough.

Keep in mind you can buy things like oxtail, ligaments etc which are things that usually go to waste because nobody buys them. Same goes for organ meats such as beef heart, liver, kidney
they are cheap because no one buys them
so youd be using things thatd otherwise wouldve gone to waste

and hey bro, lets say you were in the wild, would you not eat an animal? your ideology is biologically incompatible for the most part

gelatin is cooked collagen. when you put that soup in the fridge itll turn into solid jello

oxtail has tons of connective tissues
