Have 1.4K to waste on looksmaxxing, clothes, and food

Keep in mind you can buy things like oxtail, ligaments etc which are things that usually go to waste because nobody buys them. Same goes for organ meats such as beef heart, liver, kidney
they are cheap because no one buys them
so youd be using things thatd otherwise wouldve gone to waste
High iq. The thing that worries me about that is meat has more concentrated toxins and antibiotics compared to plant foods. Maybe venison organs are healthier because they're wild, but it's expensive.

and hey bro, lets say you were in the wild, would you not eat an animal? your ideology is biologically incompatible for the most part
In the wild it may be necessary to hunt animals to survive unless there are a lot of plant foods near by. Humans weren't always mainly meat eaters, our teeth don't look like carnivore teeth and our intestines are longer, we also process the meat before we can consume it, like using weapons to kill the animal, then skinning it, then heating it before we are able to consume it.

Plants have natural defense mechanism and things that harm human health aswell. Meat doesnt have much artifical toxins, espeically if its fresh and non aged
natural defenes which harm health like goitrogens, phytic and oxalic acid, etc. etc. phythochemicals which are Estrogenic

because were not carnivores were omnivores bruh
we can digest lots of meat just fine (if you are healthy)
then heating it before we are able to consume it.
you can consume raw meat just as is as long as it doesnt touch the intestines of the animal. cow stuff are safe to eat raw, though not meats which are close to the interestines of it
chicken is not fine because the whole animal is close to its intestines

let me tell u waht boyo
you shouldnt care about liver, kindey health rn esp if you dont have any problems with it currently and if it isnt young
those studies are kinda bullshit
the mechanism is not TMAO or whatever, i dont have time to redpill

once in a while eat some liver, drink milk, freely eat oxtail soup (has collagen, which counters some of meats harmful effects aka the anti-metabolic amino-acids (Tryptophen, Cystine, Methinone) because it has Glycine

There are vegan supplements that remove oxalic acid like apple cider vinegar, alpha lipoic acid, and vitamin k2. I was searching and I saw a lot of online posts saying the phytoestrogen in vegetables are less estrogenic than meat and dairy.

We can eat raw meat, especially if it's wild and not from a factory farm, but that doesn't seem as tasty as eating fruits, vegetables, and nuts if those were available instead, and they take a lot less time to prepare than skinning and removing the edible raw parts of the mammal away from the intestines.

Damn, I need some glycine, but I hope there's an alternative to gelatin because that's made from mammals. I take two tablespoons of marine collagen everyday, I know it only has collagen type 1, but I've tried bovine collagen for a few weeks recently (because my brother got some) and didn't notice a difference from the marine collagen. I will add grass fed raw milk to my diet and see if that increases my strength or energy.

There's nothing tasty about vegetables and nuts, especially undomesticated ones.
Many plants are literally uneatable unless they're domesticated or prepared for several weeks via fermentation (like olives) or other means of making them eatable (like making oil out of olives and making certain nuts eatable via extracting fluid from them by salting and toasting them, they wouldn't be eaten otherwise).
Seeds, nuts shouldn't be eaten. They have many harmful things, like PUFA and those chemicals I mentioned (oxalic acid, phytoc acid etc. which bind to minerals, if you eating a plant only diet you are probably ALREADY deficient in something like Zinc, you wouldn't eat stuff that binds itself to Zinc). Vegetables have PUFA in them, and are mostly eaten as FAMINE FOOD. Fruits are very safe and onpar with being toxinless like meat ( I believe meat is relatively toxin free compared to vegetables ), although some have bad compounds in them like bananas, avocado; also berries shouldn't be eaten everyday, especially if you don't separate the seeds.

and they take a lot less time to prepare than skinning and removing the edible raw parts of the mammal away from the intestines.
A lot of foods take a long time to prepare. The question is would humans go through the hassle to prepare them.
Meat is almost virtually worth it, and there are many ways of preparing it. Vegetables are low tier food, historically only eaten during food shortages or added scarcely to foods, or added to the diet after periods of starvation like in China.

A diet devoid in meat is unideal, meat will make you thrive if you can digest it and if you are not messing up your Calcium : Phosphorus ratio, and if you ar consuming adaqeute Glycine (Gelatin), as was done traditionally, to counter the anti-metabolic amino-acids
