Have any male celebs done LL? How come it isn't more common?

A quick look at celebheights shows that height fraud is very common among male celebs. Even men considered top-tier and desirable by society usually squeeze an inch or two, and it's clear that a lot of them are insecure about their height (look at Vin Diesel, Tom Cruise, The Rock, RDJ etc.). Plus they all do plastic surgeries, so clearly they're willing to turn to medical solutions to looksmax.
My question then is, how come none of them have done LL? Or have they and we have no way of knowing? Is LL so dangerous that even being a millionaire with connections won't give you access to a perfectly safe version of it? Or billionaire overlords like Zuckerberg and Gates, who probably have access to experimental stuff even Hollywood celebs don't.

LL is only 3 inches for best proportions. And you can get 2 inches in any good shoes. Whereas 6 inches fucks your proportions and will only work if your wingspan is tall already. Like that guy who was 6 foot and had 1.94 m wingspan
