Saw a TikTok about someone doing faded cardio and burning thousands of calories? Has anyone tried this?

Fair ive just heard it increases the limit on what the body can take and makes time feel warped so it’s easier to go for longerSounds retarded and would probably lead to a panic attack.
Yeah, i like to workout when i have no sleep. or when im super baked so i can barely think while doing it.Saw a TikTok about someone doing faded cardio and burning thousands of calories? Has anyone tried this?
Basically feels like you’ve done less when you’ve done more because the brain isn’t as good at regulating time when your highwhy would it be any different from normal cardio
I might give it a shot and come back to this threadYeah, i like to workout when i have no sleep. or when im super baked so i can barely think while doing it.
But cardio is too difficult, it would make u green maybe.
Think it depends on the person when I'm baked and start walking around everything moves so slow but fast and I just sit down before I start tweakingSaw a TikTok about someone doing faded cardio and burning thousands of calories? Has anyone tried this?

I mean please post a update broI might give it a shot and come back to this thread
Maybe for some idk I might try it today and see what happensI think it would like feel longer
Yeah ill let y’all know if I do itI mean please post a update bro![]()
If I’m too high I can’t stand but if I’m between buzzed and baked time just feels irrelevantThink it depends on the person when I'm baked and start walking around everything moves so slow but fast and I just sit down before I start tweaking
This is nothing crazy as some people are literally high 24/7, if you have no tolerance it may increase heart rate too much to where it will hinder performance.Saw a TikTok about someone doing faded cardio and burning thousands of calories? Has anyone tried this?
i have an okay tolerance i dont think it would affect my heart rate too muchThis is nothing crazy as some people are literally high 24/7, if you have no tolerance it may increase heart rate too much to where it will hinder performance.
This is purely a psychological thing that you would have to try, the physical effects point to it being worse for performance.i have an okay tolerance i dont think it would affect my heart rate too much
Yeah it would physically make it less optimal but I’m just curious if the psychology of it will make it way more effective simply because you can last longer might give it a shot and see what happensThis is purely a psychological thing that you would have to try, the physical effects point to it being worse for performance.
Good to knowI've done plenty of cardio while high and it's just like doing cardio sober except that you're high. It makes the experience more enjoyable.
How much does performance really matter in this context, I totally agree cannabis has no positive impacts on performance output but does that actually matter here? This is purely a psychological thing that you would have to try, the physical effects point to it being worse for performance.
Not sure what your asking. How much does performance really matter in this context, I totally agree cannabis has no positive impacts on performance output but does that actually matter here?
I get what he’s saying it can negatively impact heart rate which makes it harder to continue and a few other minor physical thingsHow much does performance really matter in this context, I totally agree cannabis has no positive impacts on performance output but does that actually matter here?
I was saying does it actually matter if performance is at 100% if our only goal is to burn calories. If you were training for a sport obviously being high while training is stupid but if all you care about is burning calories and this can help you burn calories with less "pain" who cares if your performance output is lower. Not sure what your asking.
Fair pointI was saying does it actually matter if performance is at 100% if our only goal is to burn calories. Doesn't really matter either way.
This is anecdotal but if you live somewhere near decent nature get geeked and just go for a hike and listen to some music. You burn a lot of calories just walking and it helps avoid the munchies.Fair point
Shittt good ideaThis is anecdotal but if you live somewhere near decent nature get geeked and just go for a hike and listen to some music. You burn a lot of calories just walking and it helps avoid the munchies.
What do you think performance means...I was saying does it actually matter if performance is at 100% if our only goal is to burn calories. cardio and being high is a looksmin, just eat lessSaw a TikTok about someone doing faded cardio and burning thousands of calories? Has anyone tried this?
Why is it a looksmin?cardio and being high is a looksmin, just eat less
Would probably just be cardio with a slightly lower heart rateSaw a TikTok about someone doing faded cardio and burning thousands of calories? Has anyone tried this?
Weed literally increases appetite btw also fucks ur sleep quality, motivation and moreWhy is it a looksmin?
I'm high rn so I apologize for my lack of clear articulation in these threads. What do you think performance means...
So your referring to speed instead of endurance for performance when the goal is to burn calories? Running higher speeds will not make you burn calories easier, maybe faster.I'm high rn so I apologize for my lack of clear articulation in these threads.
When referring to performance I was chiefly referring to sports performance and outcomes like being faster/stronger.
Obviously you can say in this context more efficient calorie burning being sober=performance
I guess I meant that if you're doing cardio does performance need to be 100% the difference is going to be negligible.
I don't suggest being high for any type of training that actually matters.
