running makes you loose weight and if you don't eat you loose muscle... Basically you didn't lower your bodyfat AT ALL
 
learning the concepts of how fat loss occurs would probably be more helpful than blindly doing 2 hours of cardio

Do some research on digestion, diet, sodium intake, weight loss etc. And stop eating so much u fatass nigger.

Eat less then. Weight loss is all about having a caloric deficit. Obviously just don't go overboard.

Bloat is not about calories u need to get sodium to potassium ratio in check and eat no sugar no goyslop
 
Eat high protein in calorie deficit. It takes time so be patient

MAny reasons without seeing you in person its hard to gauge. It is water retention or body fat?

if bodyfat then intermittent fasting and calories deficit,

If water retention then examine your sodium, potassium, magnesium ratio with water intake. Perhaps you got hormonal issues so many like cortisol, hyperaldosterone, negative feed back loop from brain's center for regulating water secondary to some shit wrong in your body physiologically.
 
make sure to cut out carbs and sugar, ice your face
