The only facial flaw i have is a nose but then Its nothing bad just not desirable so I dont want to do surgery but, I plan on making dermatology appointments and potentially getting aderall to moneymaxx

Then I want to see a endocronologist to potentially get TRT but I am worried about 2 things , my face aging and me balding. No one in both sides of my family is balding. My brother is late 20s, does opioids and drinks daily and his forehead size is still the same as 15+ years ago so im not that worried about it.

Unlikely you're getting any trt unless you actually need it, if you manage to get thst adderall you'll need it even less

Dermatologist is all you really need if you don't want surgery
