Long philtrum is masculine as it is usually paired with thin lips. It's only a failo is your chin is short

Go to a experienced surgeon like Eppley to reduce risks of it looking uncanny and scarring

Does it matter how long between my eyes and lip is if my fwhr is good? For example I have 20 cm from eyes to lips but my face was wide enough for fwhr of 2, would I I be still be harmonious and good looking?

Yes midface ratio still matters despite you having a high fwhr to compensate for it
And you do not have 20cm from your eyes to lips, 5.5-7cm is more reasonable

maybe get a small one and grow a stubble it can mask it

a normal person has 19cm distance from chin to hairline and you say you have 20cm midface
No, Id say midface is even more important than fwhr
