Unironically do no fap, exercise a lot, sleep well, avoid hedonistic activities etc and see if your dopamine receptors upregulate over the next few weeks and you should feel better.

One way to test how you are doing in regards to dopamine receptor sensitivity is by monitoring your pleasure response (example: how good it feels getting in a hot bath or jacuzzi). If you feel a better pleasure response over time then you are tackling the cause which is a downgraded dopamine system causing feelings of anhedonia and subsequent low hormone levels, sex drive, eq, vigor etc.

I've used bud and other things too, but adderall does the most damage - by far. It's a direct dopamine hit. Everyone on earth slowly kills of their dopamine nerves, and we already killed off some by overstimulation. Maybe in decades, STEM cell therapy will be available and you will be able to regain them back, but for now, dopamine detox is the best thing. Also look into 9-Me-BC, Seth Walsh recommended it in this thread a lot (research chem, discretion advised)
