what I try to do is eat under 2k cals a day and walk/bike a lot

im not sure how i even grew without proper nutrients
cuz its irrelevant for height u really think your middle finger would have ended up a different size whether u got nutrients or not

well the bones in your legs are 70% of height variation in men so why would they be any different

Intermittent Fasting. Basically you fast throughout the day but allow an eating window (usually 16:8 hours)

Idk the exact science behind it tbh. But plenty of studies have shown that it helps with losing weight
