When I mean slop I mean anything from a fast food restraunt, any meal high in plant matter, seed oils ( water ), and anything extremely cooked (fried)

Diets only been oysters, lamb, fish, beef, unpasteurized dairy (butter milk yogurt cheese), potatoes, fruit( now and then )

It feels good
