Havent grown in nearly 2 months, and im getting worried

on july 1st i got an xray of my left wrist but no boneage. I measured in at 68 inches exactly that day, and ever since i haven't even grown a little. Ive been sleeping at like 4 am everyday but i still sleep 10 hours, and im starting to get worried. What should i do, literally all my other measurements say im gonna be 6’ and doctor said the same and my plates were wide open when i got the xray.
