I think I got lookin tired and worst with all these years of unregulated time
fuck it, it started august 2017, so like 2 years of this shit, it got better now that I'm at uni, but still varies 1-2hours


before that I used to go to bed at a standard time and woke up in a standard too, think I looked better, even my mom says I look tired now. FUCK it. I feel a strange thing under my eyes.

It's so so crucial. I've been doing this shit for the past 5 years, and I'm pretty sure it fucks up your collagen, HGH, energy levels and more. Even when you get 8+ hours of sleep you wake up tired like shit and with the most tired eyes ever.

Cpap at night when you sleep and get black out curtains and make sure there is no light in your room when you sleep.
