-money spent
-time spent
-no actual benefit
-waste of time (like playing videogames or smoking crack all day same dopamine if not worse)

Bro I left my evil ex 2 years ago and never once regretted it or missed her for 1 second bec she was so controlling and made my life hell

It’s also just a shitty lifestyle. Arguments, constantly having to text someone all day (prolly the worst part) and you can’t forget the army of orbiter guys every girl has who will do whatever they can to make you feel insecure
