Yeah, so as the title might suggest, i have both keratosis pilaris and folliculities (crazy feat i know). I cope by wearing long sleeves, no shorts, you get the gist. My KP is partially bad on my arms, and show a little on my back/chest/stomach and a little on my thighs. Folliculities shows up kinda where it likes, but mostly on my arms/chest/back.

Now, stupidly enough, i have not seen the derm for any of this (except once by mentioning it to my doctor during a routinely check up). So now, before i have to talk my mom other into that, are there actual ways of fixing any of this? I've heard KP is just about GG except for minimizing it. I've heard mixed stuff about folliculitis, apparently doxycycline could help? Frankly i'm lost. Does anybody have any experience/advice. Would be MUCH appreciated. Starting boarding school in 6 months, would love to be able to wear a t-shirt.

Clyndamicin and mupirocin for folliculitis. About keratosis pilaris, I heard that if you enter the sea then KP goes away because of the salt. So apparently water with salt is a temporary fix for KP. They look like freckles anyway so I wouldn't worry about it. Folliculitis though is ugly af, especially on the face.

Of course you can always take accutane and inject GHK-CU and hope to God that these two things combined fix your issue.
