Having to quit Nixotine before surgeries is brutal

I’ve always used nicotine pouches. I had to stop 2 weeks before surgery and it is brutal. On top of that I’m doing nofap and quitting porn as AAS made me hypersexual. Slaying wasn’t enough. So I am trying to detox my brain from all this.

Absolutely terrible being on nofap, having nicotine withdrawals, tired bc sleeping badly from nofap, etc.

But we all have to pay the price to improve our lives
