Not really. Hollow cheeks is caused by forward grown maxilla & mandible + laterally prominent & forward grown high-set or low-set cheekbones.

I got one wisdom tooth taken out and the cheek that doesn't have a wisdom tooth is more defined and easier to see hollowed cheeks in

Oh that's interesting. I thought if you had a forward grown maxilla & mandible plus laterally projecting cheekbones that itself would create the hollow cheeks effect.
