Based on what I googled briefly, the dosages are 30mg-50mg, it drops waterweight quickly, sides are mostly dehydration low sodium / potassium, low blood pressure, and lightheadedness, And HZTZ seems to start working / have visible changes within 2 hours, and peaks at 4 hours after taking it.

This is brief information about it, so 40mg, and you'll get peak hours 4 hours after taking it, effects last 6-24hrs.

You won’t tank yourself just from eating a salty or potassium-heavy meal the morning before, HCTZ depletes sodium, potassium, magnesium regardless.

the real issue arises is if you were to stack diuresis + bad intake and ending up lightheaded, cramping, or flat.

liquid IV is fine but it'll cancel out all the debloating effects you were looking for, but im assuming you know that

Since you’re looking for a debloat for 1-2 days, just make sure you have enough fluid/electrolyte replacement to not crash, but not so much you erase the diuretic look.

I agree with my king @Orka on the whole although hctz really isn’t that strong compared to lasix which most people use for rapid debloating, hctz will be fine to use a few days in a row.

But if you're that scared of diuretic sides and potential rebound bloating why not just run eplerenone as a long term addition rather than the short term blasts

i don’t need to be constantly debloated im already lean asf (6,0 135 lbs). i just wanted to look better for this occasion. should i do 25 mg each day? and how far out before the event should i take it?

won't make a difference, just swallow the pills with water and forget about it. By the way, don’t expect a crazy change from this, you might not even really notice, I find debloating to be a largely overrated topic of discussion in here, it could give you a small boost but nothing dramatic

yeah im not expecting anything insane either. 50 mg seems like a lot since most people talk about 25 mg as their dose. if i die i will haunt you for the rest of your life

I would not use HCTZ for short-term. I would use a loop diuretic e.g., Furosemide.
It’s perfectly okay to use regardless given you aren’t taking anything else that is a contraindication.
Rebound bloating depends entirely on how you replenish electrolytes/water.

I use hctz with Caffiene to counteract low BP and I also add pregabalin best for pre evens to MOG and low inhib slay and fuck all the trannys
