im on 12iu growth, 2.5mg minoxand 400 test 200eq.
I took 25eple 12.5hctz daily for 2 weeks and noticed nothing. So I doubled to dose to 50eple and 25hctz and now im pissing every 30m but still im not rlly debloating or anything. Im like 12-14% bf.
What the issue? Should I cut down to -10%? Cause I dont wanna fuck up my kidneys and blood pressure by going even higher
