I’m thinking of ordering reverse pull headgear to wear attached to my braces. I have a pretty downward grown maxilla so I will try to pull it forward and up. Is there any way to affect my recessed mandible, even slightly

Downward and forward growth dont matter you could have forward growth and still be ugly
