good advice relative to the mainstream, but leave out the fruit, and raw dairy should only be consumed in development. via stable nitrogen and carbon isotope analysis conducted on the collogen of the long bones of ancient human remains in 2019 and further 2021, we know that humans have been eating 80% the flesh and associated fat of large ruminant animals for at least 4.5million years (if u include proto humans that proceeded our current speciation), with the other 20% (large, fibrous tubers) specualted to only be consumed in winter to put on fat and when hunts where unsuccessful (we also drank water ofc, and added salt for taste later down the line). we did not want to eat those foods (sweet potatos, other fiberous tubers), and we had to preper them well before consuming. also keep in mind the fruits and vegetables today are nothing like they once were. carbs are a contraindication of the human diet, and ideally, organs shouldnt make up a majoritave part of the diet either, just a bit. fructose in itself is a poison because of the way it metabolises in the liver, btw. anyway, decent advice nice job man

JFL provide a single reason u cant live off meat alone. fructose is a poison because of the way it metabolises in the liver. it is not optimal but i agree, a little wont hurt. but u shouldnt base a sole portion like a third of ur diet on fruit at least imo

and the reason why meat only is shit is because you lack about 50% of your total nutrition, yes, you CAN live off meat, and be healthy and build muscle, but you lack vitamin K and other things.

just eat mostly meat, but dont ignore everything else, you dont need to spam mangos and become bloater mcbloat, just eat a kiwi.

sorry dude, but this is wrong. meat has every nutrient required for the human body. however, in todays society it is pretty hard to get good source and meat is of course at its best when raw. i personally do not consume 100% meat, its just what i advocate for. the 50% number u pulled out of your asshole means nothing and is based on nothing. liver, for example, is an amazing source of K and u couldnt even name any other things. anyway, i do actually agree with u morally. i eat some avocados from time to time as personally i see no problem in some low carb fruits in small portions for my body. and i have heard kiwis are quite good, i dont know that much about them though lol but yeah. all love bro ty for the conversation cured my boredom i guess

whatever studied number you will come up will also be an example and will be different there than if i were to consume whatever with my own body as everyone is different, and my vili might for example be shittier than yours.

probably indeed if i have a fucking billion dollar personal farm and i can make sure my animals eat the right stuff and are of the highest quality, i would be able to get 95-100% from meat. but as you said, especially with the average source of meat being a shit supermarket, this is not going to happen.

for the average person, they will just have to eat a kiwi or an avocado ontop of their primary meat diet.

Then secondary pumpkin and potatoes and tomatoes and cucumber

I drink coffee, tea, tap water, mineral water with lemon sometimd
 
pasta, rice, potato chips, cake and all carbs except from certain fruits are a no for me
the only carbs im ok with are from milk or fruits like oranges that actually contain minerals i wouldnt be able to get from my diet

Yes I consume his content often. Atm I dont have access financially to go full mineral water alone or full carnivore. This is the best option I have atm. If I dont drink tea or (butter/raw milk) coffee I will go mad and start binging on fructose and fuck my organs

good stuff dude. but u could get everything from meat if u upped the portions, specifics and or type (muscle, organ, beef pork etc). however if u tolerate low carb fruits then go for it, if it aint broke dont fix it. good diet

I mean I could make pizza myself to go with this example, buying the ingredients beforehand, but I would not be able to produce the cheese myself or the tomato sauce.

When I’m older I’ll be financially better off. I’ll have just meat, eggs, poultry, organs, seafood and as a desert from time to time=dairy.

if you dont buy shit cheese, the normal cheese from the supermarket is fine bro, its not gonna kill you to consume less than the best 1%.
same goes for the tomato sauce although that one is way worse and i do recommend making it yourself.

doing the dough yourself is a must though, most store bought dough sheets for pizza have absolute cancer in them.


if you make the dough yourself, the sauce yourself, but the toppings are from the store, your pizza is likely still quite healthy.

for a more accurate reference, id say im usually hhtn side when i dont do much, but when i go out of my way to improve my appearance for the day, ill reach low cl.
i generally feel like most people who reach cl, are hhtn regardless on the average day.

life as a hhtn-lcl is insanely different, idk i used to be SUPER nd, in combination with my very late puberty, i used to be bullied for being ugly up until i was like 16-17, then i got a ridiculous ascension called puberty. after, those same girls who would bully me back then would now call me cute and attractive (im on the prettyboy archetype), saying that they were "just joking".

i was still pretty mid tbh lol but i went from hltn to like hmtn lhtn, atleast in my opinion thats what i used to be.

didnt find looksmaxxing until i turned 19.

now i can talk and talk about experiences with bitches and get spammed with DNR and the tales of mumbai :lul::lul::lul:

(biggest differences honestly? women on the street approaching you for your digits, just being treated nicely by most people, people often assume i am in the right or the nice person in the situation, even when i completely fuck up, i can message just about any girl i have interest in and itll be a success story. but its not like im jordan or chico walking through the street ofcourse.)
