Most pubertal craniofacial structure changes occur from 12-16 with the value diminishing highly as you get to the cutoff point (might be higher or lower depending on genetics). Anything after this is just coping if you believe it'll make a big difference.
If you mouth breathed, had bad posture, bad sleep schedule, poor diet and low testosterone during these years you missed your shot. You'll never live to your genetic potential.

Most people just sort of fall into a healthy lifestyle naturally, playing sports and being out with friends improves posture and raises developmental hormones on its own, also tires people out allowing them to sleep on time for longer. Usually these people aren't fat or sick, indicating a decent diet or just not eating very often (both of which are healthy, if you're not feeling a desire to eat you most likely don't have to at that time). Health is a flow, and if you're recessed you most likely missed out on this flow and compensated by being entertained by a device craning your neck/hunching your back to look at it and ate bunch of junk because it's either all that was available or you had more time on your hands to do so and it raised dopamine. Most likely these habits led to a poor sleep schedule.

That's what I hate about all these "lifestyle improvement" tips. No teenager ever went on a journey to "improve their lifestyle" and "become more social". They were just fit and socialized well enough to find their spot in a clique during middle school and from their development happened on its own. If you missed out, you were most likely unfit and not socialized very well when it mattered most and peers were off put by this and so excluded you. This would've meant death in the natural world, but in the civilized world sick, underdeveloped subhuman trash keep limping along and can't get assisted suicide to end their suffering because "muh morals" :lul:
