A few ideas to take advantage of this-
Wear multiple hoodies into the gym.
Use your gyms sauna for 5 minutes before your lift.
Do a 5-10 minute elliptical warmup before your lift , low intensity as to not cause fatigue, but just enough to raise core temps.
