I'm 17 and 70 kgs at the moment,should i add more? and if yes how much? + will this weight stunt my bone growth,i still grow.

how much? im planning to get thru like 80 kgs.
id say for a 6’2 average frame (im guessing) being around 80kg lean should be the goal, im going of off my body 6’ and 75kg lean, so yh 80-85kg should be aiming to gain weight via caloric surplus 300-500kcal w low fat intake and 1g per lbs of bw or 2.2g per kg of bw, also do you train regularly or at all at the gym?

Even tho i started puberty late i know i dont have much years left,my face didnt change for a long period of time tho,i only fucking grow in height.

well its not about the weight, its more about the bf%, through puberty to optimise puberty you must be atleast 15% bf due to higher body fat resulting in higher e2 aromatisation

Yeah but i took long breaks. When i was 14 i did go to gym 5 times a week for like a year and took a year break when i was 15,started again at 16 and took another break and just started at 17 lmao. My peak was 75 kilograms tho.

u cant calculate it you can pretty much visually approximate it let me send smthing

use this as an approximate, also to explain why its more to do with body fat% is if you have higher body fat% you have higher aromatisation meaning testosterone conversion into E2 which is estradiol = estrogen, and estrogen is the hormone that is responsible for speeding up the closure of the growth plates

100% brah u gotta lower it through first recomposition, meaning you will need to lose 2-3kg max, through 2-3ltrs of water per day + 300-500kcal deficit from maintenance (calculate this first) + LIIT cardio and at an incline if possible

Okay thanks. I look like between 15 and 20 definetly im sure,i can do see my ribs a little but i cant see my abs like that so :forcedsmile: 15 is okay tho?

yh so try get to visible abs essentially, dont starve max as you need all of the essential micro and macro nutrients for proper and healthy development
