height advice please

i am freshly 16 168cm. i get 10 hours sleep.
i am skinny and struggle to eat a lot. dad is 175cm mum is 160cm. i want to grow to 180, any advice?

Real talk work out, put on muscle, eat well, get in your nutrition, sleep well, have great cardio.

These are all the things you can do to help without buying hgh or something
