If I’m sleeping at like 3-4 am every night and waking up at 1-2pm each day, is that fucking my potential genetics at height?
Also my diet aswell, does a healthy diet matter aswell?
181cm at 16, dad is 193cm mum is 160cm

If I fix circadian rhythm, possibly blast high aswell, am I still able to maximize growth before puberty ends? (If it hasn’t already idk I’m 16)

yes ofc u r still 16. sleep between 10-12 n wake up at normal times or u will cortisol spike
