i feel like if would wear them its gonna create huge difference and people will notice and it would be fucking awful to get caught using them, and all my friends almost my height so i think about it but im scared to get caught

get shoes that look like they have a small heel, and put some soles in them

yea shoes that dont show the big ass heel like af1 but they will still give u that 1inch to 1.4inch of height just add like .5-1inch insoles in them

Begin with just 1 inch

Then maybe weeks or even months later, add another inch, etc.

blah blah blah get 3.5cm height boosters in your shoes for 1-2 weeks none will notice and after 1-2 weeks put another 2,5cm height booster in your shoes simple, everyone subcouinscesly (hard word) adjusts to ur new height over time if that makes sense
