Ok so this is going to be based off of estimates but I think I hit phv a while ago. I am 15 5 9 now and ive grown like 2 inches in the past 6 months but from 13-14 I grew like 4. Did I already pass phv and throw everything away. Ive been getting a lot of osgood shlatters recently and im around late tanner stage 3/early tanner stage 4. I used to be clumsy like 2 years ago now my knees just hurt whenever I do activity and they hurt a little in the summer and a lot late summer and recently they have been acting up. Idfk can someone just give me answers.
