Can I grow to 5'10 if im 5'8.5 right now at 18 and 6 monthjs and my dad is 6'2 and mom is 5'3 and brother is 20 years old and 6ft.05. My dad told me he grew 3 inchers after highschool from 5'11 to 6'2. Please give actual advice and i know u guys will say gets plates checked and i am but lets just say they are open for the sake of this thread. Also can i gain any actual height if i get my posture perfect because ive been wearing about 2-3 inch lifts in my shoes for the past like uear atleast now about 5-6 hours a day so i think maybe my posture could have made me shorter

Apart from your actual bone growth which is difficult to pinpoint your only ways of "growth" is posture. And that just depends on how fucked your posture is right now
