My parents are boomers, not gen x or millenial, their heights aren't out of the ordinary for their gen. Lots of malnutrition an external factors at play.

you can get away with being shorter if you have good proportions.

For example Micheal fassbender can look 6’1 but he’s 5’10

I am 5’11 with great proportions, perhaps thats why my 5’11 girlfriend didnt mind and ive attracted tall women my whole life.

I dont deny the heightpill tho, its true, but proportions are equally important
