That’s the upper limit of safe I’d say. I’d go for 1 in. (If you do 2 inches wear pants, not shorts.) Personally because I’m paranoid. I’d also pair them with a height boosting shoe.

Hokas are good. Air forces give 1.5 inch boost.

6cm is a lot, to be actually not recognizable don't do above 3-4 cm insoles. Also don't use shitty insoles for shoes because if you take off your shoes you'll be cooked. Instead buy those silicone like straps for your foot that you put socks over, it looks way more realistic

i do inch already but they gives like 2cms not 3 af1 is basically non boosted shoes, i have long torso long arms so proportions looks normal
