im turning 18 in a month, my lifts are from china they are not branded, always you have to make sure the lifts match your shoe color e.g black airforces and black lifts ( thats what im going to be doing soon as im currently using black hokas, they also work, you cant tell, black color blends perfectly, not the ones from amazon that have a red dot in the middle its pure black ) so if you ever have to take off your shoes it wont be noticable

Yes i was almost caught by a family member, i was lazymaxxed and when i come home i normally take my shoes off and leave my lifts in a hidden place, that day i was giga tired and my lifts were left inside the shoe, and my family member came in my room and they were right infront the shoes with my lifts , when i realized i acted chill because they didnt notice the lifts and the shoes were black, from now then i dont forget at any time.

Yes, the difference its insane from a short tall to a decent tall the looks you get and also a ton of people just compliment me for being tall ( live in a country where the avg height is like 170 cm for males )

You would obv try not to take them off at any cost, but like i said in another post if your lifts blend enough that nobody cares or sees it and ur high IQ enough to make people not look at you and realize E.G ( standing in stairs, bending over to appear shorter on purpose, be active like running or jumping

For me i can jump and run and not look too much of a retard, but you feel like you have something in your shoe, so yea and no, for walking theres no issues

i just hide my lifts under the normal shoe insole, looks normal until you notice its a slope

Yo I'm currently 16yo, 169-170cm, in the morning with bad posture (Neck, shoulder, anterior pelvic tilt),

i think if i fix my posture ill get to 172-173cm morning height. I live in a south Asian country and despite the internet saying that the average height here is 165-167cm, its definitely not in my school average height is about 176-178cm,

The most brutal thing is that my friends in my friend group are a lot taller than me 181-183cm, and they make fun of me being short

High tops can be easy to tell ur trying to fraud, i personally bought AF1 in black because thats the color of my insole and they already add like 1.5 inch and i add the 1 inch sole inside, but if u really wanna go high tops and fraud a bunch you can buy the run star nike hike shoes they add like 2 inches and u can easily add 2 more inches inside or just 1 more, but airforces are really good

I tried them and they uncomfy asf in my opinion, i stick to normal insoles, but if you feel comfortable with them on go ahead and use them but i feel like sock insoles feel like a chore tbh even if u feel them comfortable
