height growth with closed plates?

seen a lot of posts about people claiming you can grow taller even if you have closed plates on GH. how is this possible, or is it? cartilage growth?

i think since bones get thicker if you do a hgh cycle you grow 1 inch with closed plates but that's it

nothing.

no more chondrocytes, it’s all bone now. stem cell or chondrocyte injections to the growth plate areas would still not do anything

there is currently no way to reopen growth plates.
