He actually has a good eye area. I think he is average but could ascend with soft maxxing.
Debloat (idk if he needs to lose body fat or just doesn't have bones).
Growing a stubble.
Hair transplant or fringe hairstyles (short locs that fully cover his forehead could work)
Adding color to his hair for the NT boost could be good. Maybe some brown on the tips.
Doing something about his lip coloring, the upper and lower lips have different colors.
Tbh, I think a lip lift could actually work in his favor. Dark skinned people tend to have both lips at the same size. In his case his upper lip is slightly smaller.

I'm sorry but it isn't. Your philtrum is pretty long and your eyes are a little too far apart. And I'm not sure the jaw works out in average proportions either.
