Dude exact same over here, actually have sum answers for u so first last year I was 4'10 last year and I started doing research but nothing worked I just fucking waited and en I'm 5'8 no medical procedure nothing I just changed my diet because doctor recommended it, I stoped eating ultra processed food and drink a fucking ton of milk, don't pin anything just fucking wait and sleep early that's it.
