yes they work I am 181cm but fraud to 188 (with shoes) and if you're wearing long pants its genuinely impossible to notice. I don't buy them just fold some socks and put them in your shoes ts works although it takes some getting used to

im 180 and fraud 187, what to be carful of is if you wear them, dont wear them if your planning on walking a lot of dancing a lot, it can really make your feet hurt for days to the point you cannot wear insoles temporary because it just hurts.
