The growth plate stem cells no longer exist. ... The only way stem cells could make you taller would be to cut your femurs, make a gap, and then put in stem cells in a matrix to make bone there. However, all your soft tissues would be the old length.

Thats right. The only way i see that might achieve proper height increase and soft tissue growth is eletrical stimulation
Which could also be combined with some injection or whatever.

But this will never happen because electrical stimulation would be too cheap and easy.
