Height isnt as important as you think it is

Ive worn a variety of lifts ranging from 5'9 to 6'0 and haven't noticed a single difference in IOIs. In terms of female appeal, you won't get benefits from your height unless you are 6'2 plus. This is from my irl observations and my own results. This is likely because foids are 5'4 on average and cant tell the difference between 5'10 to 6'0, they can only tell if you are significantly taller.

The only difference is when I wear my lifts to 6'0 thats the threshold for male respect increase, As I'm walking other men will go out of their way to give me space and not stand in my way, they also apologise to me more if we bump into each other etc.

If youre around 5'9 (or average for your country) dont bother walking around in uncomfortable lifts its about face at the end of the day

yea i use lifts also and guys tend to respect you far more, but i’ve also seen girls hating me less than other times

i mean yeah. but taller is always better. but stopping the psl suifuel memes realistically if youre htn+ and 5'9+ you'll never have any problems in dating. but like getting shoes that give you a slight height boost is useful
