How tall do you think I will grow? I turned 14 in July, and I measured myself yesterday at 176 cm (5’9”). A year ago, I was 169 cm (5’7”), and two years ago I was 164 cm (5’4.5”). My dad is 194 cm (6’4”) and my mom is 165 cm (5’5”). How tall do you think I’ll end up?
Also, how to maximize my growth

Height potential is S-tier with a 6'4 dad especially at 176 cm in your early teens. Stop stressing, eat clean, sleep max, and let genetics do the rest.
