I’m 16 years and 8 months old and 178 cm tall. My dad is 170 cm and my mom is 172 cm; my growth plates are open, and my bone age is 16. A couple of weeks ago, I weighed 61–62 kg—which is low for my height. Since then, I’ve started eating more: 2g of protein per kg of body weight and 1,300mg (sometimes more) of calcium. My supplements are: zinc picolinate (22mg), D3 (4,000 IU), K2 (90mcg), Omega-3 (1.8g), creatine (5g—I know it doesn't affect bones, but I take it anyway), magnesium citrate (400mg, though I’ll probably drop to 200mg because 400mg makes me feel sick), glycine (3g), and Vitamin C (900mg). So, I’m up to nearly 64 kg now, but my shoulders, elbows, and back are in excruciating pain; I literally can't sleep lying down—I haven't slept well for four nights in a row. Could this mean something?
