nolva, letrzole, t3, dut, arimidex all on standby
Bloodwork every 4 weeks. Use of ai after 4 weeks, arimidex 4 weeks, bloods bad = letrazole. Same with t3, thyroid not where I want to be at use of t3 over t4.

MEALS:
LUNCH & DINNER ONLY.
Wake 5am, Lunch around 12, Dinner around 5 (post-gym meal), Sleep 8pm
200g protein, 500g carbs. Literally only chicken, brown rice, sweet potato. daily serving of blueberries, cucumber, celery.
150oz of water. 30 oz raw a2 milk (lactose intolerant)
GYM:
6x a week. Shoulders, chest, back, tri, quads, bi. Order of training.
Daily forearm, abs+sides(guts for whoever does xc and track), streches(You feel so much better).
Morning Cardio, jogging/walking.
10k steps a day.
