I have finished my college apps, and I actually did some more research compared to my previous posts.

Comments:

nolva, letrzole, t3, dut, arimidex all on standby

Bloodwork every 4 weeks. Use of ai after 4 weeks, arimidex 4 weeks, bloods bad = letrazole. Same with t3, thyroid not where I want to be at use of t3 over t4.

A Ret HC cream.

(Total: 10 tabs)

Throughout Day (Sipped in Water): MSM 5g + Creatine 10g (mix in bottle)

Pre-Bed (7PM, around HGH Pin): Magnesium Glycinate 1 tab (400mg), Melatonin 1mg (1 tab ). (Total: 2 tabs)

MEALS:

LUNCH & DINNER ONLY.

Wake 5am, Lunch around 12, Dinner around 5 (post-gym meal), Sleep 8pm

200g protein, 500g carbs. Literally only chicken, brown rice, sweet potato. daily serving of blueberries, cucumber, celery.

150oz of water. 30 oz raw a2 milk (lactose intolerant)

GYM:

6x a week. Shoulders, chest, back, tri, quads, bi. Order of training.

Daily forearm, abs+sides(guts for whoever does xc and track), streches(You feel so much better).

Morning Cardio, jogging/walking.

10k steps a day.

MISC (LIFE):

Early wake bc I spend my mornings studying for physics c E&M.

I forgot to mention, test c and primo for 10 weeks. 750 calorie surplus, 5'9 150lbs.

I mean if u wanna maximize more pathways of growth u use more, also this would still not nearly encompass everything you need, its more of like a beginning stack so see how my body tolerates it before I move to a better stack
 
mirin the ambition but it comes to a point where your spamming compounds and wont get the results you want,
using thyroid hormones for height is mogger but not when your 150lbs, You need to bulk up properly first hgh is enough for now your body doesnt have enough nutrtion and sticking to a 750 surplus is gonna be hard unless you really try, your gonna find your self feeling like shit sluggish and no energy, I really wouldnt reccomend using half this shit and just use what works for now you will still grow but i mriin the ambitions\

Ya, ive been on the stack for 2 weeks now, it has taken me like a week to actually be able to get down my daily 200g of carbs and 200g of protein. lol the last 5 items are on standby. So no dut has been used, and I doubt will be used at this rate.

yeah dont use dut honsetly risking hair is better than risking losing becoming a man
ru 54881 and topical minox if anything but no cycle will rape you unless your horribly prone to mpd
im on tren and test rn and only use kenz and topical minox and been on test for about 40 weeks now high and low doses and havent ran into any hair issues yet.
