Height with good genetics

Ik everyone on here talks about having bad height genes and trying to grow tall but my parents are 193cm and 175cm and my bone age is 2 years behind but for some reason when I was 16 I basicly stopped growing, I was 175 now I am 176.5 9 months later. My doctor gave the Scan and Said 186+-3 like 1 and a half years ago. Wtf is happening

Oscar i had same problem, stopped growing at 15 but suddenly had a spurt that took me from 6ft to 6'2 at 16.5 years.
Maybe very maybe you can get it aswell, do xray scan to see if its fused, wrists/femur and tibia to 100% results.
Eat well, sleep well, exercise, take melatonin and magnesium glicinate for better sleep.

Reached my genetic cap tho because my dad is 6ft and did grew 2 inches more than him, im pretty sure you will if eat good amount and sleep.

I just had that leg pain everynight for a month, grew 2.5cm then after 3 months as you said i started getting it again but not that hard suddenly woke up feeling higher measured and yeah another 2cm. Would call it a miracle

goddamn lucky I’m hoping that happens for me because seemingly my growth is ramping up and I’ve personally never remembered a growth spurt my span of puberty life weirdly being nearly 16 at 6ft I feel like atleast 6’4 is possible

5'10" range. father's height is a factor, but mom's 5'4" is a pretty big limiter for height genetics. midface length and jawline would be more relevant for a full rating.
