Yo guys, i’m 13 and imm short af. It’s genuinely embarrassing to go outside as a 5’1 ltn. I want to grow taller whatever it takes. I didn’t fully hit puberty yet, i don’t have any armpit hair. My mum is around 5’7 i think and my dad is 6’0. please i need help, my social life is pure hell

do not use any drug or ped without proper/ enough research. Your 13 and will grow more naturally starting from 14/15
make sure to sleep atleast 7-9 hours and eat good food.

Of course it is. Not enough nutrients for your body to grow, also terrible for your mental health
